伍彩，女，1990年02月出生，williamhill威廉希尔官网副教授，工學博士。

主要研究方向：結構損傷識别、結構防災減災及加固。

2012.09 - 2015.06 獲武漢科技大學土木工程碩士學位；

2008.09 - 2012.06 獲武漢科技大學土木工程學士學位；

2017.09 - 2018.09京都大學（Kyoto University）聯合培養博士。
